Acupuncture
Offering an integrative approach to this traditional technique, Katie melds bodywork, energywork, lifestyle counseling, aromatherapy and more to create a unique experience.

Massage
We offer Swedish, therapeutic, hot-stone, prenatal, massage cupping and assisted stretching from any of our in house therapists.

Yoga
MAYA only offers 2 yoga classes per week. Sundays is a 90 minute slow-flow and restorative class with yoga nidra. Mondays lunch hour Renew and Restore is only 30minutes

The BODY SHOP (suite #9)
Offers walk-in services Tuesday-Saturday. Chair massage, acupuncture, Reiki, Infrared Sauna, Ionic detox foot baths
