PART-TIME YOUTH HOCKEY DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION The Youth Hockey Director is responsible for overseeing all coaches within the organization’s mission and strategic plan; priorities include player development. Key duties include program development, management/administration of all coaches and 200 youth players and their families. The position reports directly to the Executive Director (ED).
